Clubhouse

Located on a gentle slope overlooking the private neighborhood park, the clubhouse is the hub of physical and social activity at Grove Park. With its hardwood floors and hideaway doors, the meeting room is a convenient place for neighborhood gatherings and ballroom dancing, and the club room offers a toasty spot for bridge or you can just curl up in front of the fire with a captivating book from the club library. The clubhouse lawn is the perfect setting for a croquet match, putting practice or, when the kids are home, a friendly game of flag football.

Pool

Aquacise is the rave and the enclosed saltwater pool is the happening place! The best thing about aquacise is that anybody can do it…. all you need is a swimsuit and towel.

Fitness Center

Grove Parkers enjoy healthier and more positive lives due to their weekly sessions of yoga. The joining of mind, body and soul is said to be a powerful stress buster. And for the muscle-conscious and heart-healthy the neighborhood fitness center houses state-of-the-art Cybex equipment for keeping both in tip-top condition.

Parks & Walking Trails

Some 80 acres have been reserved exclusively for parks and greenspaces, permanently preserving the beauty and privacy of the neighborhood.

Numerous trails meander around the lakes, among gentle rolling hills and through beautifully wooded areas. Any speed, any distance, for any reason… you’re sure to enjoy.

Two 3-acre lakes are fully stocked with bass and brim and are never a disappointment. These lakes are a magnet for nature lovers and sunsets over the water are a sight to behold.

Hot Tub

Combining three of nature’s most powerful relieving agents, heat, water and air, invigorates and gently massages the body while easing away aches and pains. Residents say that a sunset soak is the perfect end to a long day.

Playground

Somehow, we all return to our childhoods when we visit a park. And there’s something about a CedarWorks tower that’s, well, magical. Giggles are contagious as the kids investigate the troll bridge and crow’s nest. Even for parents, a day in Grove Park’s playground is sure to let the child within wriggle free.

Massage Room

All residents love a soothing massage after an invigorating workout. Massages are scheduled with a licensed massage therapist in the neighborhood clubhouse most any day of the week.

Private Gated Entry

A single gated entry limits access to the neighborhood’s private streets and video cameras keep a watchful eye on those who come and go. Residents can rest assured that guests are limited to only those who are invited.

Woodworking Shop

Saws are abuzz year round at the neighborhood workshop. Residents pool their skills and their tools and work on common projects like repairing furniture and building benches together.
